Submitting and Retrieving DNA Information to/from NADR using One or More Facilities (Ranches)

The following guidelines are presented in order to help DNA processing with NADR when a client operates two breeding facilities and has individual facility numbers from TPW. Each facility can be set up individually as a "Ranch" in GMS. (1) Each facility needs a separate and unique DNA ID. Do NOT submit without the proper unique DNA ID assigned to your facility. (2) Submit DNA Requests individually from each facility (ranch). (3) Retrieve DNA information individually from each facility (ranch). (4) Print out each retrieval log and save for future reference if questions or problems arise. (5) Coordinate submittal and retrieval with NADR since she said that NADR had to do something technically on their side on submittals and retrievals. I imagine that someone at NADR has to act as a gateway, so to speak, to funnel the correct and separate ID's into and from their system accordingly.
