Feed Cycle, Fawn Feedings, Fawn Feedings, and Report don't Sort Feeding Times Correctly

If fawn feeding times are configured using the 12 hour time format, i.e. 6:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., etc., the times are not correctly sorted and displayed under the Feed Cycle configuration menu choice, the Fawn Feedings menu option under Herd Inventory, or the Fawn Feedings Report menu option under Herd Inventory due to the sorting rules used in coding/programming GMS.

To resolve:

Use military time format, i.e. 06:00 (6:00 a.m.), 10:00 (10:0 a.m.), 12:00 (12;00 p.m.), and 15:00 (3:00 p.m.).  Twelve hour format in parenthesis can be included as indicated above.
