If you try to update GMS and know that there is an update available and receive a notification that an update is not available, please follow these instructions:
- Make sure that GMS is being opened as administrator (highlight icon, right-click and choose "Run as
- Administrator.")
Follow these keystrokes:
System Settings
- GMS Utility
- Click Reset Version button next to Check Online for Updates
- Answer Yes to "Are you sure?"
- A GMS system table will be reset
- Click "Check Online for Updates" again
- An update should be downloaded successfully
- Following the instructions for a successful installation of the update
